Rental Policies

• All rentals will be based on a 24 hour clock. This will start at the time of pickup.

• Cancellations of 12 & 15 Passenger Vans made less than 48 hours before pick-up time will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.

• Minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 years of age.

• There may be a minimum number of days for each rental. please ask for further details.
  
  Mileage
   

• All vehicle come with 200 miles per day for free. please ask if more miles may be purchased. vehicles may travel only in California. Permission may be granted to take vehicle to Nevada and Arizona. Vehicles may not be driven into Mexico.
  
  
  Pickup of Customers
   

• We offer free pickup of customers from the Los Angeles Airport as well as surrounding hotels. We also offer pickup of local customers in the immediate area. Upon completion of your rental we also offer these services back to your destination. Our shuttle operates between our hours of operation which is 7:30 am to 11;30 pm seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Q: What  time does Airport Rent-A-Car open and close?
A: We are open from 7:30 to 23:30, 7 days a week.

Q: Are there any underage surcharges for being under 25?
A: No there is no underage fees for being under 25.

Q: I'm looking to hire/rent a vehicle from Airport Rent-A-Car, Can I collect from LAX and deliver back to the same location?
A: Yes you can hire/rent from lax and return to same location.

Q: Is there automatic pick up at LAX and when we drop off the vehicle will a shuttle take us to LAX for our flight?
A: Yes there is an automatic shuttle to LAX.

Q: How soon in advance do I need to book a vehicle?
A: Normally one week in advance is enough to book your vehicle.

Q: Do you need a credit car number to hold the reservation ?
A: We only need a credit card if it is a pick up at another airport.

Q: Is there a  Cancellation Penalty?
A: There is only a cancellation penalty if delivery is to another airport and you do not cancel 48 hours in advance.

Q: Apparently I am required to carry snow chains. Is it possible to hire these from Ace?
A: No we do not carry snow chains.

Q: The rear seats of  the Van would have to be taken out and stored at the rental
station. Do you provide this?
A: Yes we can take out one or all seats and store at the office.
